A review committee will score proposals based on:

Project Experience (15 points): Proven track record in managing similar initiatives
Marketing Strategy (15 points): Broad, inclusive promotional plans
Tourism Impact (10 points): Potential to generate overnight stays and visitor spending
Site Suitability (5 points): Venue logistics, including capacity and access
Application Completeness (5 points): Quality and thoroughness of submission
Ineligible Uses of Award Funds
Proposals must not allocate funds toward the following:
Alcohol purchases
Cash prizes, gift cards, or giveaways
Pre- or post-event meals or hospitality
Equipment purchases (rentals allowed)
Salaries or payments to organizers or volunteers
Personal travel, mileage, or meals
Donations to unrelated outside groups
